Episcopal Service Corps

The Episcopal Service Corps (ESC) invites young leaders ages 21 to 32 interested in serving communities and deepening their spiritual lives to apply online for the 2025-26 program year through the end of May.

Those interested are encouraged to explore which of the corps’ six unique programs might be right for them.

What is the ESC?
Episcopal Service Corps is a network of young adults who commit to four months to a year of transforming themselves and the world through community-building, local collaboration, prayer, and action while living in locally organized intentional communities within the U.S.

What does ESC entail?
Each corps member serves 32-40 hours a week at a community-based nonprofit agency, school, or Episcopal parish. In addition, they receive regular formation and leadership development opportunities. Members receive housing, health coverage, and stipends to cover living expenses, transportation, and food.
